Brooke Block

Armed with extensive experience and knowledge in new condominium developments, Brooke has a keen understanding of the intricacies of cooperatives. Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Brooke was a team member on several important new development projects such as 570 Broome Street, One Vandam, 221 West 77th Street, and 261 West 25th Street. During her five years in the residential real estate business, she has participated in sales grossing approximately $300 million. Brooke is knowledgeable in all residential neighborhoods throughout Manhattan. Driven and professional, she enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. She is known for her ability to handle every scenario with energy and dedication to ensure a positive result. Raised on the Upper East Side in a prewar cooperative, Brooke attended The Nightingale-Bamford School and is a graduate of The Hill School. She earned a degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges where she double majored in English and media and society, as well as studied abroad in London. Brooke is well versed with the city as she has lived in the West Village, East Village, Lower East Side, and currently resides on the Upper East Side with her husband and child.
