Lara Mackenzie

Lara is a fifth generation native New Yorker who grew up in 860/870 United Nations Plaza. Her intimate knowledge of the City makes her an invaluable asset to her clients.

A member of the top-producing Arcus Team, Lara prides herself on being a full-service broker with years of experience. She offers VIP service and constant attention to her buyers and sellers throughout all aspects of the transaction. She listens attentively to her clients’ needs, offers guidance accordingly, and helps make buying and selling less stressful.

An expert print and digital marketer, Lara applies her skills across all major media platforms necessary to sell properties.

Lara attended The Spence School and Poly Prep Country Day School. She studied at the University of Chicago and Connecticut College where she majored in history. After receiving her dual Master's Degree in both early childhood general and special education from Bank Street College of Education, she taught at Epiphany Community Nursery School, Poly Prep, and The Mandell Pre-School.

Lara is an active member of The New York Junior League, the New York State Board of The Daughters of the British Empire, and The Spence School Alumni Board, as well as the St. George’s Society, the University of Chicago Alumni Association, the Sorosis Society and the Metropolitan Museum of Art
