Maggie Gold Seelig

A New York City native and lawyer by training, Maggie Gold Seelig is the Founder of The Maggie Gold Seelig Team at The Corcoran Group in NYC and Founder and Principal of MGS Group Real Estate in Boston. Recognized as one of the nation’s leading luxury brokers, she is known for her strategic thinking, nimble deal-making, and a career defined by record-breaking transactions across Manhattan, the Hamptons, Boston, Greater Boston, the Cape & Islands, and Miami. Maggie received the Hollywood Reporter NYC Power Broker Award in 2024 and is a member of YPO - New York Metro Chapter.

Under her leadership, the Maggie Gold Seelig Team at The Corcoran Group in NYC and MGS Group Real Estate in Boston has closed over $4 billion in transactions, setting records in every market in which they transact. In 2025, Maggie was recognized by the WSJ and Real Trends as the #18 Real Estate Broker in the Country.

Maggie’s portfolio includes some of the most notable sales in NYC including: the $80M sale of Villa 8 at 220 Central Park South (largest sale in 2023 in NYC), and landmark transactions at 90 Morton (PH11B and PH9A), 67 Vestry (9th Floor), 70 Vestry (12N), 135 East 79th Street (PH17E), 1010 5th Ave (12B), and 829 Greenwich Street. She is known for zealously representing Buyers and Sellers in the luxury co-op, condo and townhouse markets.

Maggie resides on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, Cambridge, MA and Fisher Island, Miami. She has served on several philanthropic Boards and Committees over the past 25 years, including currently serving on the Board of Advisors of Harvard’s American Repertory Theatre, The Arnold P. Gold Foundation, ARS Nova in NYC, ADL and the Board of Philanthropic Overseers of Boston Children’s Hospital.
