Kathryn Landow

Born and raised on the Upper East Side, Katie advises buyers, sellers, and renters across Manhattan and the Hamptons. Drawing on her background in finance and years of experience with boards, she is especially valued for guiding clients through the co-op approval process with care and discretion. A lifelong love of art and interior design, along with a family legacy in real estate, gives her a sharp eye for a home’s potential, whether she is preparing a listing for market or helping a buyer picture what’s possible.

Katie works alongside ATelier founders Tania Isacoff Friedland and Allison Chiaramonte, who each bring more than three decades of experience. Together, the team is known for its editorial approach to marketing, personal attention, and strong negotiating.

Before Compass, Katie built her career in finance and investor relations at Schroders and Cohen & Steers, where she worked with institutional investors, senior executives, and high-net-worth clients. That background gives her a strong command of the financial side of every deal, from structuring offers to preparing the detailed financial statements co-op boards require. She then spent more than five years as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Events at the ASPCA, leading marquee brand collaborations, managing relationships with the Board of Directors, and building revenue-generating programs with artists, influencers, and industry leaders.

A graduate of the Dalton School and the University of Michigan, Katie lives on the Upper East Side, where she can often be found walking her rescue dog, Milo.
