Shaynon Gramling

Mr. Gramling is the Director of Investment Sales at B6 Real Estate Advisors for West Village and Greenwich Village, specializing in the sale of commercial properties. Mr. Gramling began his career as a Commercial Real Estate Agent with Marcus & Millichap. Mr. Gramling worked on one of the top-producing teams in the company, which closed over $160 million dollars in multi-family and mixed-use deals throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. During his time working with Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Gramling decided to start acquiring deals for himself. He partnered up with a group of investors and began acquiring deals through relationships with building owners and property managers. After his first acquisition, Mr. Gramling joined Vornado Realty Trust’s operations team, where he helped manage their 30 million square foot portfolio in Manhattan. He worked on everything from tenant services, to office & retail tenant buildouts. A few buildings Mr. Gramling worked in include 888 7th Avenue, 90 Park Avenue, 330 Madison Avenue and 1535 & 1540 Broadway. Mr. Gramling transitioned from Vornado Realty Trust to Empire State Realty Trust in November 2016. During his time there, he managed the world iconic Empire State Building as Assistant Director of Operations. After about 2 years at ESRT, Mr. Gramling transitioned back into investment sales full time as a Director for B6. Born and raised in Geneva New York, Shaynon Graduated from Hobart & William Smith Colleges with a degree in Public Policy - Law. Mr. Gramling currently resides in Jersey City, NJ.
