Tobias B Schapiro

Tobi Schapiro brings to his second career years of experience in innovative marketing and sales. As a successful executive in the textile industry for over thirty years, Tobi designed and developed new products for both the apparel and home furnishing industries.

Throughout the course of his career, Tobi has demonstrated an innate ability to successfully bring together foreign and domestic clients. His negotiating skills have been finely honed through years of business transactions.

Tobi welcomes the new challenges involved in assisting customers as they approach either the purchase or sale of their homes. His sensitive and caring nature, his leadership abilities, and his boundless energy have all enabled Tobi to play major roles as a leader in his community and as an active member of various philanthropic organizations and institutional boards.

Tobi has been President of his co-op board for 17 years, making him particularly sensitive to the intricacies of real estate transactions. Tobi is married to Ann who spent the last 15 years as a successful real estate salesperson at William B. May and is now with Brown Harris Stevens. They have three married children and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren. Tobi takes an active interest in photography and is an avid tennis player.
