Josie Hubschman Margulis

Josie Hubschman is a licensed real estate salesperson having closed over $200,000,000 in sales. After graduating from Brown Univeristy, Josie moved to New York City and has lived there for the past 12 years. Her clientele ranges from first-time buyers and sellers, to seasoned owners of multi-million dollar homes.

Her career background is in operations, sales, and marketing having previously worked at companies like: ABC, SoulCycle, and Away. Josie also successfully co-founded and built a roommate-matching platform that was acquired in 2017.

Josie finds the real estate market fascinating but understands that it can be intimidating to those who aren’t equipped with the right facts. Her knowledge of the market, innate interest in helping others, and startup background made the transition into real estate a no brainer.
