As Yaz brings a wealth of formal and practical experience to your table. A numbers man at heart, he studied accounting and business management at CUNY. His career began as an accounting clerk at American Express, then to Supervisor of Accounts Payable and Manager of Billings and Renewals for American Express Publishing. His knowledge base and practical experience expanded at HSBC Markets as Vice President of Financial Systems and was instrumental in their global accounting conversion. His entrepreneurial side emerged when he became a partner and a Value Added Re-seller of an International Accounting Software firm; of which, he had offices in London, Dublin, and New York. He engaged sales and consulting services to the Fortune 500 and consistently traveled the globe for his clients. Wanting change, Yaz decided to venture into Manhattan real estate. Within 2 years he qualified and obtained his NYS Real Estate Brokers license. His real estate career is inclusive of boutique residential, mid size full service, and large commercial firms.
