Tyler Shields

Tyler Shields was born and raised in New York. During her early years she resided on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Eventually, she moved downtown to pursue a BA in psychology and a degree in nutrition at New York University. She has lived in various neighborhoods of the city and currently resides in Greenwich Village.

Tyler's lifetime of experience in New York has enabled her to locate the perfect apartment as well as the absolute best neighborhood for her clients. From the beginning of her career, Tyler has been known as the go-to person whenever friends, family, or acquaintances were looking for a new home.

From a very early age, Tyler accompanied her mother, a top NYC interior designer, to a variety of buildings and observed many projects develop from raw construction to beautiful finished products. Tyler helped develop floor plans and has an innate and well-honed understanding of how to best utilize space. This skill allows her to show buyers and sellers how to optimize their space and resources. She often finds valuable qualities and purposes for space and items that others have overlooked.

Tyler's enthusiasm, ability to listen, dedication, and negotiation skills enable her to attract, develop, and maintain relationships which grow and alter along with life changes. Tyler consistently goes above and beyond what is expected. She is committed to providing buyers, sellers, and renters with all the necessary services and tools to help make their dreams become a reality.
