Matin Bikdeli

I graduated from NYU with a 50% academic scholarship majoring in Economics and double minoring in Finance and Social Entrepreneurship while also being a 4-year starter on the NYU Varsity Men’s Volleyball. In my first year with the Men’s Volleyball, we took the program to its first-ever NCAA Championship appearance and by my senior year, I was captain. Most recently I had the privilege of working as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for the Slater Team at Compass, where I assisted and hosted open houses, met with clients, and essentially acted as an advisor, building upon my professional skills such as project planning, logistics management, and public relations. I also analyze potential building investment opportunities for clients by examining CAP rates, IRR, and Cash on Cash returns for potential clients.
