Dania Ramirez

Dania is a home-grown New Yorker who has lived in the city her entire life. She grew up in the Riverdale section of the Bronx, went to school on the Upper East Side, and has lived in many neighborhoods as an adult. Dania has resided on the Upper East and West Sides of Manhattan, and is currently raising her children in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. Her knowledge of the boroughs and neighborhoods is extensive, as is her sense of the real estate market city-wide. Dania has rented, owned and invested in properties in Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Gowanus and other areas of the vibrant, sought-after Brooklyn market. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she ran her own gift basket company which fulfilled her creative, entrepreneurial spirit. Dania also taught preschool while pursuing her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education at Brooklyn College. She received a BA in International Business from Lehigh University in PA. Dania prides herself on being detail-oriented, patient, positive, and calm under pressure. She is an excellent multitasker and communicator who keeps all facets of your home search moving, while educating you every step of the way. Dania loves meeting new people and being of service to anyone in need. She enjoys snowboarding, reading, yoga, hiking with her Labradoodle, and watching her kids play sports in her free time.
