In search for a more lucrative career, Mr. Ortiz began a career in Commercial Investment Sales. He began his career with Lee Odell in 1982, in 1999 he joined Eastern Consolidated as a Principal/Senior Director. Currently an independent broker specializing in the sale of off market investment property plus residential. His most recent deal was a selling a package of 4 Prime Greenwich Village multifamily buildings. He represented both the seller and the purchaser in the off-market transaction.
