Flora is a master coordinator. From the moment the thought of finding a new home slips into your mind to the last flick of the pen at the closing table, Flora follows through every aspect of the selling or buying process, no matter how big or small, so that it all comes together just right. There are big questions such as Should I Sell or Rent? How Much Can I Afford? (call her for the answer). Or common issues like “Should I renovate my kitchen before a sale?” (Flora is an expert kitchen planner), or relatable concerns such as “How do I prevent strangers from using my bathroom during the open house?” (She tapes the latch bolt so the door can’t be locked). She has a solution to everything. Having been in the business for 12 years, Flora is a Wikipedia on Brooklyn neighborhoods, knowing the market block-by-block. One client described her as “the jedi of real estate agents.” Her supernormal powers have translated to a 100% success rate in matching the ideal tenant to a landlord, 90% in bringing in a winning bid, and a 97% victory in selling her exclusive listings. Mixing business with pleasure, Flora is a relationship builder above all else. Clients become friends and landlords call her first when they need an apartment rented. “You won’t meet a kinder person,” says one buyer, “she is honest and real. Even my cat likes her, and he hates people.” It may seem like Flora is working all the time, but she is not a workaholic. Part of her success is her drive for a work/life balance. Visiting museums and playing Just Dance on the PS4 are some pastimes she shares with her husband and children. She is active in the Park Slope community as a Girl Scouts leader and always on the lookout for volunteering opportunities for her troop.
