Prior to real estate, Nicole earned a B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. After becoming an attorney, she spent four years working for the state and local tax group of a respected international consulting , where she focused on identifying new locations and maximizing tax benefits for expanding businesses.
