Barbara Konings believes that successful deals are built on hard work, strong relationships, and genuine chemistry. “There has to be a click otherwise a deal won’t get done,” she says. Known for fully investing in her clients, Barbara prides herself on delivering personal service, moving deals quickly, and enjoying the process along the way.

Originally from the Netherlands, Barbara moved to New York City more than 20+ years ago. Her journey through the city has taken her from SoHo to Williamsburg and Greenpoint, where she explored Brooklyn extensively. Licensed in real estate since 2011, Barbara works across all areas of the business, including rentals and sales, as well as residential and commercial properties. She is candid, confident, highly communicative, and remains calm even in the most demanding situations.

With a background in finance and art, Barbara combines sharp business acumen with a creative edge. She is an avid traveler and natural connector, supported by a large international network. Fluent in English, Dutch, German, French and Italian.

Outside of real estate, Barbara enjoys traveling, playing tennis, running, and practicing hot yoga and pilates.
