A seasoned real estate agent, investor and former stager I work with property owners (investors and multi-family, single-family or condo/co-op homeowners) who wish to sell and buyers to help them navigate the complex nature of the property market. As an expert marketeer, I use every device at my disposal to market a property for sale from social media to time-tested tried and true advertising and open houses. I design and create individual marketing material for each listing to describe the property, work with photographers to photograph the features and my experience in photo production/event management and corporate marketing for one of the largest e-commerce national brands I can get "feet in the door" and have a can do attitude. I also have a strong design and styling background which allows me to help the homeowner organize, down-size and stage. An expert negotiator I work hard for the homeowner to secure a qualified buyer and follow through on the last stages of the sale from the home inspection to closing. For future homeowners starting their search to purchase I listen intently to my clients needs, wants and desires. Show the possible properties and narrow the choices while keeping in mind their financial investment which I do not take lightly. I have lived in the area for over 30 years and raised my own family here so I know the history of the real estate market, buying and selling trends. I have had personal experience with the school district(s) public and private, and done my own home renovations so can direct on how to find out information about zoning and reliable contractors and other home service professionals and vendors.
