Thomas McCarthy III

Thomas began his Real Estate career in September of 2015. Having just sold his company in the Caribbean Islands, with a passion for gold coast real estate, Tom was anxious to start. Working directly with Nelson Chen, he soaked up as much knowledge as he could and hit the ground running. By the end of 2016, Tom's first full year, he had transacted 32 deals with a sales volume just short of $4m. Tom was a member of the EBCBOR YPN (Young Professional Network) participating in numerous charity events and was nominated for the 2016 "Rising Star" award at the Easter Bergen County Board of Realtors. Years 2 and 3 weren't much different... Currently, Tom has transacted over 130 deals with a combined sales volume just shy of 40 million dollars! During the busiest months of his career, Tom managed to enroll into Broker school, compete the 150 Hour course, and successfully pass the New Jersey State Brokers Exam. Honored, Tom was asked to speak on a panel of 5 for an all star realtor event sponsored by the Real Source YPN, Passaic County Board of Realtors, and the Easter Bergen County Board of Realtors to share success stories and motivate agents in all different points of their career. Tom's career continues to gain momentum as he won the title of "Salesperson of the Year" for the Chen Agency and became the Managing Broker / Director of the New and Exciting Port Imperial Real Estate Studio in Weehawken. Most excitingly, Tom has been hand picked by the "American Dream" television show to represent the Gold Coast of NJ! The show airs Nationally on the CW network and CBS in some parts of the country. Dubbed as a trademark by the American Dream, Tom is a "Power Player" in real estate. Invited to be apart of / have access to this elite network, consisting of the top 10 brokers from each of the 50 states.
