Rocco Hart is an exclusive broker to today’s top real estate developers. Representing those who own portfolios of luxury buildings in NYC, Rocco emerged as the Corcoran Group’s Rookie of the Year, and soon became lead salesperson for Corcoran Group’s Team of the Year, an accolade he’s held consecutively for three years. He is a fixture in The Gold Club for exceeding the standard in annual real estate transactions, and in The Millionaire’s Club for surpassing $10 million in annual real estate sales. Rocco has a blended academic and professional expertise, which is underscored by a diverse professional network he’s cultivated over the last decade. Rocco’s pioneering interest in the blockchain led him to be an early investor in Bitcoin and cloud hosting technology before carving out a career in public relations. He went on to manage press for high-profile film debuts and facilitated brand partnerships with celebrity clients before emerging as a top realtor. He leaves no passion, or profession, unpursued. A lover of film, Rocco travels both domestically and internationally to acclaimed film festivals with former colleagues from his film career. After attending a family wedding in Italy for Fernando Botero, Rocco fell in love with the coast of Tuscany, and summers in Italy annually. Other favorite destinations include Singapore, Thailand and Greece. He is an avid skier, enjoying seasonal trips everywhere from Vermont to Vail, often with colleagues from his tech or real estate networks. From a philanthropic standpoint, Rocco is passionate about the innovation of clinical care in both oncological and pediatric settings. He is a regular contributor to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and The American Cancer Society, and participates annually in The Walk To End Alzheimer’s.
