A seasoned real estate professional in the NYC market, Zac Flynt has more than 10 years of industry experience and is the team leader for the Flynt team – consistently recognized by Citi Habitats as one of its top-producing teams. As team leader, Zac manages four experienced real estate agents and spearheads the team’s new business and portfolio growth. Currently, Zac and his team specialize in sales and rentals throughout the boroughs, with a particular affinity for the Upper West Side, which he had the opportunity to call “home” for more than 8 years. Prior to cultivating his team, Zac served as the Senior Managing Director of the Citi Habitats’ Greenwich Village office, where he oversaw day-to-day operations and managed over 100 real estate agents. To date, Zac has successfully transacted more than $350 million in sales volume. No matter what stage of home ownership clients are in – whether renting, buying or selling – Zac prioritizes educating his clients on the state of the market and presenting the best options available to fulfill their real estate goals.
