Sophie Schottenstein

Sophie Schottenstein, licensed salesperson, joined Sotheby’s International Realty Downtown Manhattan Brokerage in January of 2019. Sophie works alongside Senior Global Real Estate Advisor, Kaptan Unugur, who has been consistently ranked among New York City's top 1% of real estate brokers. Raised in Bexley, Ohio with deep roots in a large family of real estate brokers, developers, builders, and agents, Sophie became a licensed salesperson in the state of Ohio at the age of 19. Prior to joining Kaptan Unugur, Sophie had the opportunity to work closely with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty which exposed her to a disciplined and growing brokerage that is thriving in a fast-paced market. She also spent time in the Downtown Manhattan Brokerage, specifically with the marketing department, which provided her with foundation knowledge of how to design and develop a successful real estate business under the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. Sophie believes that she can be a driving force to capture market share in the next generation of buyers and sellers, as she focuses on modern housing trends and marketing innovation. Her passion for the industry, strong work ethic, and unwavering commitment are what propel her dedication to provide her clients with the utmost care. Sophie is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and has gained accreditation as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE.)
