Prior to working in residential real estate, Julien worked in commercial real estate finance as an underwriter providing commercial real estate valuation consulting and cash flow analysis for institutional clients. He provided investment analysis, market research, appraisal reports, and underwriting due diligence for a variety of commercial real estate asset types, including multifamily rentals, retail, mixed-use, office, cooperative interest, and vacant development land. Julien’s keen understanding of real estate and his familiarity with every neighborhood in the New York City market, uniquely position him to successfully serve his clients. Whether he is representing clients interested in buying, selling, or renting, he is always looking for the best deal. Julien’s strong interpersonal skills and exposure to many different cultures allow him to easily foster relationships, as well as broaden his network with international clients. Julien goes above and beyond to ensure that every transaction exceeds clients’ expectations. Julien was born and raised in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He attended ?The Lyce?e Franc?ais de New York ?in the city and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. He graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. When Julien isn’t showing apartments, he enjoys competitive swimming, playing golf, tennis, and the guitar. He is an oenology enthusiast, an avid reader of foreign policy, and enjoys cooking various cuisines.
