King Cheng

King understands the importance of fulfilling his client’s needs while guiding them through the process of buying and selling properties from the beginning to the very end with persistence, the highest integrity, and patience. His detailed candid approach has served all whom he has represented from sellers, buyers, renters, to investors.

Having graduated from The Zicklin School of Business in Baruch College with a BBA degree in Finance, he is keen on protecting ones’ equity while maximizing their profits to the fullest. His strong sense of data analysis and his experience in sales of residential and commercial properties has given him the utmost confidence in knowing what is needed to provide optimal results for his clients. From brokering an entire 4 story, 36-unit income producing residential building in Brooklyn, selling out newly developed condominiums, to helping applicants pass tough cooperative boards, and renting out his family and friend’s apartments, he has continuously proven to be an invaluable asset to his sphere.

King was born and raised in New York City. He currently resides in Long Island where he is an avid fisherman in his down time while enjoying getting in a round of golf, basketball, tennis, and most importantly, spending time with his loved ones.
