Altagracia has been a NYC resident for over 20 years and thus has been personally exposed to the Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens boroughs. In deciding where to buy for both investment and family purposes, she decided to buy a condo in Jackson Heights after getting to know the neighborhood. Altagracia holds an Associates degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hunter College. She is bilingual in Spanish and English.
