Tulay worked in the service and hospitality business for many years before pursuing the field of real estate. She has worked closely with a diverse array of clients, demonstrating her patient, friendly, outgoing nature, and always being a good listener to satisfy their needs. Specializing in residential rentals and sales, Tulay works throughout the downtown Manhattan neighborhoods as well as in Brooklyn and LIC with her office based in beautiful Union Square. Originally from Istanbul, Tulay has lived in Queens and Long Island, as well as Philadelphia, California, and London, England. Tulay studied Economics and Business Administration in Turkey, and marketing at UC, Irvine. She speaks Turkish and English fluently, is married, and loves traveling when time allows. Her other leisure-time enjoyments include going to the beach for a swim, watching good movies, listening to music, walking outdoors and cooking for family and friends in order to have a good memorable time with family and friends.
