As a 30 year residence of New Jersey and New York, I understand numerous intangible benefit of life in the north east with culture and diversity. New York reminds a lot of my home town, Tokyo. I graduated with honor from the State College in Pennsylvania with full scholarship. I possess twenty years of experience in sales and marketing in both in Tokyo and in the US including as Eastern Regional Sales Manager at Maxell Corporation of America; US headquarter of Hitachi Maxell as well as Pioneer International, a division of Pioneer Electric in Tokyo. My customers were major multinational corporations which needs strong customer services to support their activities in daily bases. I enjoyed traveled across the US, Japan, and Mexico with them. My internship with Gunnma Bank, NYC branch also provided me a great opportunity to learn international banking. As an real estate agent, I know the ropes of marketing and sales process with experience to bring properties to successful close. I will provide my clients personalize attention and total support with strong customer services in order to facilitate fast and smooth home selling/buying experiences. Though I serve many multinational corporate transfer as a relocation expert, I also support home selling and buying effectively for senior generations whose needs are much different from conventional clients.
