Zach Haigney

Growing up in a family of New York City developers, real estate has always been second-nature to Zach Haigney, and a great passion of his. After graduating from Lynn University with a degree in Investment Management, he went straight into the field, initially working in commercial retail leasing and ground-up development of mixed-use lifestyle centers in Southern Florida. In 2018, Zach relocated to NYC where he began managing a portfolio of shopping centers in Long Island and Brooklyn. He then made a full transition into NYC residential real estate sales and rentals which was seamless thanks to his strong experience and understanding of what a client wants. “I tailor everything to each client’s unique needs, and work hard to make the entire real estate process as smooth, easy and stress-free as possible. I’m extremely focused and detail-oriented, and I love helping anyone and everyone, from first-time renters to those who are looking to invest in real estate.” Zach is very attentive and easy to work with no matter what the request. He makes sure he is reachable 24/7 for any questions and showings, and puts his clients’ best interest first when orchestrating and negotiating a deal. Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Zach has also lived in Westport, Connecticut, Los Angeles, and South Florida. He currently resides in Midtown East in NYC, and formerly enjoyed the Upper East Side. Zach represents clients and properties all areas of Manhattan including the Villages, Midtown and uptown neighborhoods. For fun he likes doing Crossfit, running, seeing live music, and traveling when time allows.
