Rabah Chebout

I am originally from Algeria, moved to the United States in 1996, and began working in real estate in 1998. As an agent, I specialized in short-term rentals, catering to clients from around the world, with a focus on French and Italian customers. In 2000, as an associate broker, I joined Urban Living, just a year after it was founded, starting as a general manager and eventually becoming a partner and broker in the company.

In addition to Urban Living, I founded several companies, including Metro-Homes Properties, which focuses on property management. In 2010, I launched Urban Living International, a company dedicated to furnished rentals and sales in Brooklyn.

Currently, my business manages over 1,500 active furnished apartments across Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn, offering an alternative to hotel stays for short-term rentals ranging from one month to several years. My business also provides comprehensive services to foreign investors, helping them purchase, manage, and oversee their investment properties from start to finish.
