Isabel Segal

Isabel Segal, a native New Yorker, has been part of the real estate industry longer than most; having spent her childhood assisting her mother, veteran broker Jean Segal. In 2015, Isabel’s real estate career began in New Development on the Upper East Side.

Isabel started working with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group as the new building's Sales Coordinator while she was still a student at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, learning from the top Sales Directors. She eventually made it her full-time occupation and a major career pivot. Isabel’s invaluable years at Corcoran Sunshine honed her talents, creating a strong foundation for her administrative attention to detail, superb customer service relations, and a deep understanding of the real estate transaction process.

Isabel joined The Corcoran Group and worked with Jean Segal to grow their business. In 2021, Isabel left The Corcoran Group to pursue her own independent career. Almost immediately, she made sales of Coops, Condos and Leasing luxurious residences. Since April 2021, she has sold and rented a total of $53,000,000 in real estate sales/rentals since becoming independent. Isabel has shattered rental prices because of her transformative marketing tactics, including more photography and videography. Additionally, she personalizes these practices to specifically attend to the needs of sellers, often recommending stagers to best prepare the home for optimal marketing materials.

Isabel’s extensive knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market and strong ties to the brokerage community allow her to achieve the best possible prices for her clients. Isabel’s personable and compassionate personality empower her to help buyers find a new home, advocating for their needs and ensuring they understand each step of the process.
