Brittany Boursiquot

Brittany Boursiquot is a New York City real estate agent specializing in Brooklyn and Manhattan, with additional expertise serving buyers and sellers in The Hamptons. A native Brooklynite and fourth-generation landlord, Brittany brings a lifelong understanding of New York real estate, ownership, and value to every transaction.

Brittany earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American University in Washington, D.C., with a minor in Art History, a background that informs both her analytical approach and appreciation for architecture and design.

Brittany has a strong foundation in finance, operations, and real estate development. She began her career as an operations director at a Wall Street finance firm, followed by roles in operations and sales at a boutique New York City real estate brokerage. She later joined a Brooklyn-based development and property management company, where she gained hands-on experience across every phase of the real estate lifecycle.

With 17 years of real estate sales experience, Brittany has led new development condominium sell-outs, lease-ups, asset management initiatives, regional leasing teams, and property restoration projects. She currently focuses on condo, townhouse, multifamily, and secondary home sales, serving both end-users and investors with a sharp eye for value and long-term potential.

Known for her empathy and research-driven approach, Brittany has a particular aptitude for navigating complex transactions in difficult circumstances. Brittany conducts in-depth analysis of buildings, neighborhoods, zoning considerations and market trends to best serve her clients. Her clients value her ability to accommodate various legal implications and her sensitivity. She can translate complex information into clear, strategic guidance, empowering them to make confident, well-informed real estate decisions in competitive markets and complicated situations. 

Brittany lives in Downtown Brooklyn and remains deeply connected to the communities she serves. Outside of real estate, she is actively involved with Blood Cancer United, formerly known as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of New York, and serves on the executive planning committee for Big Climb, one of the organization’s largest annual fundraisers.

In addition to her New York City practice, Brittany is affiliated with the firm’s Southampton office, allowing her to seamlessly assist clients seeking Hamptons primary residences, second homes, and investment opportunities.
