Originally from the Dominican Republic, Luis moved to New York City at the age of twelve and has proudly called the city home for more than three decades. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from New York City College of Technology, where he developed the foundation for the exceptional customer service that has become the hallmark of his real estate career.

Before transitioning into real estate, Luis spent many years in New York City's luxury hospitality industry, managing upscale restaurants and consulting for high-end hospitality businesses. That experience instilled a deep appreciation for attention to detail, personalized service, and building long-lasting relationships—qualities that continue to distinguish his approach today.

Throughout his career, Luis has advised clients across every stage of the real estate process, specializing in luxury condominiums, new developments, investment properties, and high-end residential leasing. His international background has allowed him to work extensively with buyers and investors from the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico, the United Kingdom, India, and other global markets, helping them successfully navigate the complexities of New York City real estate.
