Olena Dolak is a dedicated and passionate Real Estate Developer by profession. Her talent earned her a place on the Michael Graves Team that generated a whooping one Billion Dollars in Real Estate transactions in less than eight years. Moreover, her creative mind has enabled her to lead and thrive in a successful career. Interestingly, her Arts background granted her the desirable skills for Real Estate: being able to negotiate, mediate, and communicate effectively with people had become second nature. Consequently, it was these skills that enabled her to achieve profound success – she worked with top-notch Real Estate Developers, including Solow Realty and Development, Extell Marketing Group, and The Durst Organization. Her career in Real Estate allowed her to connect her two passions – music and architecture – together. Conversing with people is like music to her, while helping them find the right infrastructure appeals to her meticulous Architectural sight. This career has not only granted her worldly success but also granted her internal peace and a chance to polish her skills further as life goes on. Initially, her creative side started budding at a young age and propelled her to delve into the realm of music. She pursued her undergraduate in Music at the Manhattan School of Music. Being further attracted to the study of music, she completed Masters at The Royal Danish Academy of Music. Her background in Arts ingrained in her the values needed to pursue a career primarily dealing with human relationships. Little did she know that the intricate yet delicate nature of music would be so similar to the underlying values found in the field of Architecture. The combination of her expertise in dealing with human beings and her genuine interest in architecture pulled her into a career in Real Estate and make it a success.
