Denise Figliolia

Denise has been with Terrace Sotheby's Realty for almost 18 years. She is a longtime Forest Hills resident and has lived in the community for over 30 years. Denise brings a vast wealth of knowledge and first hand experience to her customers having renovated multiple houses. She has both artistic vision and a strong working knowledge of construction and design. Denise has lived in Forest Hills for over 35 years. She is the mother of triplet boys who were born and raised in Forest Hills and attended both the local public and private schools. What Denise loves most about her job is the diversity of the neighborhood and finding just the right home for her customers.
