Brent Seberhagen

Upon graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Brent launched his career in sales with the New York Mets in 2003, as a representative in corporate entertainment sales. For three years, his sales territory was in the Financial District where he ultimately followed one of his clients into financial services, obtaining the Licenses of Series 7 and 63. His financial services ranged from trades in the securities exchange, to originating deals in private equity with Koinonia Capital Group of Investors (KCGI), as the Associate Director of Business Development. In 2013, Brent joined his parents at their family business at The Carroll Real Estate Group, where he became a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. Within this group, which consistently won accolades such as President's Circle and Top 4% Producers Nationally, Brent delivered the single largest real estate transaction in the 20-plus year history of the team in his rookie year at 21 E Huron, #4205 (link) . In 2018, Brent returned to New York and joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New York Properties. Brent not only brings his attentive care to each client, but also his professional Chicago broker's experience and expertise. In his free time, Brent is an active member of the Penn State Alumni Association, volunteers at The Food Bank for New York City, contributes to The Sunshine Kids and donates to THON which is the World's Largest Student-Run Philanthropy where Penn State students have raised over $157 million in the fight against pediatric cancer.
