David Moosher

David Moosher has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 2001. Prior to that he worked in the management consulting field for over 15 years where he focused on designing information systems for international corporate clients. He brings the same client service philosophy to residential real estate where he tries to educate and advise clients so that they feel comfortable making not only the right decision – but also understanding the rationale behind it. Working with buyers, sellers, investors and tenants, he has the knowledge to give up-to-date advice based on today’s market conditions and the focus to get his clients to the end goal of a successful real estate transaction.

David works as a partner with his wife Kathleen at Brown Harris Stevens. As a team they have successfully transacted over $175,000,000 in residential sales representing individual buyers and sellers.
