In addition to her successful real estate career, Annette was co-owner of a large construction and development firm for over 25 years. Her extensive knowledge of construction and the process of executing projects has led her to being selected as an exclusive agent to represent new construction and remodeling projects with New York City and Pennsylvania developers Annette’s experience with designing and renovating homes allows her to see the potential in all properties, whether old or new. For her seller clients, she works to bring out the best qualities in their home along with highlighting buyer wants. Besides her passion for real estate, Annette also enjoys traveling, which stems from spending her childhood in Asia and Europe, along with many states across the country.
