Brandon Bonfils

Brandon Bonfils is a dedicated residential real estate professional serving clients across New York City. In Fall 2024, he teamed up with his brother, Cameron Bonfils, to form the dynamic Bonfils Team. Having competed against each other in sports for years, Brandon and Cameron now inspire one another and aim to become top-ranking brokers in the city they call home.

During his first seven years at Brown Harris Stevens, Brandon helped grow and manage a top-producing team, successfully closing over $100 million in sales and leasing transactions. He approaches every client relationship with the same care and attention he would offer to family, striving to build a foundation of trust and understanding.

Brandon frequently represents first-time homebuyers, sellers, and individual landlords in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He also assists both new and seasoned investors in identifying, purchasing, and leasing properties, drawing from his comprehensive knowledge of sales and rental prices.

Brandon is a native New Yorker raised in Park Slope, Brooklyn. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut and is a proud graduate of Midwood High School. Brandon enjoys working out at the NYAC, exploring the city’s diverse restaurants, going to art galleries and museums with his wonderful mother, biking through parks, and most importantly cherishing moments with his family.
