Having moved an impressive 37 times, Kim is no stranger to relocating. She firmly believes that the right broker can transform a daunting real estate endeavor into a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Although Kim has dealt with commercial properties, and land sales, her true expertise lies in residential deals. Her expertise spans some of the most vibrant real estate markets globally, including Manhattan, the Bronx, and Westchester.

Before venturing into real estate, Kim excelled in the healthcare sector. Her background includes notable positions at institutions like the Harvard-affiliated Commonwealth Research and Evaluation Unit at the Department of Mental Health (DMH). She also worked at state prisons and inpatient mental health units where her compassion and empathy left a lasting impact.

Transitioning seamlessly into the real estate realm, Kim effortlessly applies her active listening skills and sensitivity honed from her previous experiences to her clients. What she loves most about her role is merging her passion for guiding others with her intricate knowledge of the New York market, sprinkled with a touch of creativity, to empower clients embarking on their relocation journey.

Raised in NYC and Southern New England, Kim pursued her education at the University of Rhode Island, The University of New England, and Suffolk University for graduate school.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kim harbors a deep love for all things water-related. Her summers spent on boats instilled in her a passion for boat building and sailing, driving her involvement in various sailing programs and marine environmental causes. She is actively engaged with organizations like the Manhattan Yacht Club, The NY Harbor Sailing Foundation, the NY/NJ Storm Surge, and the Coastal and Harbor Infrastructure group.

When not on the water or assisting clients, Kim indulges her wanderlust through travel. With an Australian partner she shares a blended family with four children and seven grandchildren scattered across the globe, providing another incentive for embarking on new adventures.
