Joel Ungar

Joel is experienced in all facets of the real estate industry. From residential and commercial construction to property management, his experience allows him to understand what his clients want and how to get it to them. Whether buying, selling or renting, Joel is aware of the challenges his clients face at every step. He takes those challenges, and turns them into solutions. Joel was born and raised in Brooklyn, where he currently resides with his wife and newborn son. He graduated from The French Culinary Institute, and his passion for cooking, architecture and sports has taken him around the world. He loves music, reading books and interacting with friends and family.
