Jed Rubin

Jed was an award-winning national account executive for several years while working at Starbucks Coffee and helped build and develop the brand dramatically. His extensive responsibilities grew to include building 50 licensed Starbucks Stores while working closely with the real estate division. His relationships with realtors and exposure to the transactions were instrumental in his decision to make the dramatic change to full-time real estate. Jed then headed to New York City and worked for Prudential Douglass Elliman for four years followed by Metropolitan Equities, an elite boutique real estate management and development company. He loved the business and closed more than 460 contracts during that time. Jed has a gift for matching people with their new home by getting to know them personally by asking the right questions and listening intently. When their choice is made, Jed negotiates a win-win scenario and helps pave the road for the process to run smoothly without a hitch. During Jed’s off time he’s an outdoorsy type and bit of a “health nut.” He also enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and charity work.
