Sabrina Gilbert

Born in Brooklyn and raised in Long Island, Sabrina Gilbert returned to Brooklyn more than 20 years ago and has developed a deep connection to the borough she calls home. With more than a decade of New York City real estate experience and a track record of over 100 closed sales and rental transactions, she brings both local perspective and extensive industry experience to her clients.

Sabrina has represented sellers and buyers across a wide range of residential properties, from luxury homes to more traditional residential sales. Her business has been built largely through referrals, relationships, and her personal and professional network, with clients often seeking her out because of the trust and reputation she has established over the years.

Her sales approach combines strong market knowledge with thoughtful pricing, positioning, and marketing strategy. Whether preparing a property for market, advising a seller on how to maximize its value, or helping a buyer navigate a competitive purchase, Sabrina takes a hands-on and highly personalized approach to each transaction.

Her experience also extends into new development. Sabrina has worked on two large-scale residential new-development projects, each exceeding 30 units, where she served as project manager and helped lead the creative direction, marketing, and overall positioning of the properties from development through launch. This experience has given her a unique perspective on how design, presentation, branding, pricing, and marketing come together to successfully bring a property to market.

In addition to sales, Sabrina has extensive experience representing private landlords and owners of multifamily properties.
