Within days she passed the NYC licensing exam, joined a top Manhattan broker, and began the long hours that still define her client service.


She advanced from resale transactions to new development, excelling as Director of Sales. Her cross-functional work spans pricing, PSF analysis, sales team orchestration, model residence consultation, demographic study, and collaboration with marketing, architecture, interior design, construction, legal, and finance. This hands-on, sponsor-side experience gives Cindy visibility into both sides of the deal—from go-to-market strategy to guiding buyers and sellers through Manhattan’s most competitive transactions.
