Sara came into the world of real estate after excelling in the restaurant business for most of her former career. Born in Denmark, Sara spent formative years in Ireland and came to the best city in the world, NYC, by way of London over a decade ago. Prior to real estate, she honed her skills in hospitality, primarily as a General Manager for 20+ years in Dublin, London, and Manhattan, for such notable names as Fergus Henderson, Stephen Starr, and David Chang. Working throughout Manhattan and living in various neighborhoods of Brooklyn over the years affords her valuable knowledge and insight on where one would want to call their perfect home.

Sara and her husband, Nick, recently purchased their first home. In her free time, Sara enjoys (Nick’s) cooking and exploring her new neighborhood with their young daughter, whilst still trying to make time to enjoy restaurants from a new perspective.
