With a background in personal lifestyle consulting, George has a unique ability to help clients envision what life could be like in their new home. George has over X years’ experience working with a diverse, global clientele on their style, homes, looks, and events through his self-founded lifestyle consulting business, Georgeous, and with one of the foremost fashion incubators in New York, The News, on wholesaling, press, and in-store relations. Each of these experiences is reflected in George’s expert skill set, sense of style, creativity, and interpersonal savvy—coupled with his abiding commitment to helping his clients achieve their real estate dreams. George’s real estate philosophy stems from his belief that interacting with clients must always be candid and aimed at building a fulfilling, interpersonal rapport. He shares the full extent of his knowledge, creating a clear picture of homes and neighborhoods so that clients are able to make only the most informed of decisions. “My clients should know the history of every property we look at, from prior sales prices to average days on the market, and median sales prices in their desired destinations. A balance between emotion and facts is key.” George graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Fashion Merchandising. He has lived in Manhattan since 20XX, first in NoHo, then Uptown where he feels most joyful being near Central Park and Bergdorfs. George spends much of his of time on the Upper East Side, has worked in SoHo, and has a general fondness for all of New York City. “Every neighborhood has amazing virtues, whether it be a chic café, darling grocery store, or iconic attraction like Central Park.” Raised in Washington, DC, George is an avid skier, likes to shoot skeet and hunt, and has a strong appreciation for art, especially female impressionists. He volunteers with nonprofits like Dress for Success to make the city a stronger and more vibrant place for all, and supports philanthropic organizations that aid the undereducated, developing countries, the environment, and the arts. Among his more varied interests include antiques, interior decorating, rare gems and stones, and needlepoint.
