Ann Zemaitis Ba Ma Ms

Ann has been living or working in downtown NYC for over 30 years and has extensive real estate knowledge. She was one of the first residents in Tribeca and has owned apartments in the West Village, Brooklyn Heights, and is renovating an 1882 Victorian 9 Bedroom home in Cape May. Ann had one of the first skateboard stores in NYC (located in Soho) and had skateboards she made with artist Keith Haring featured in his retrospective. They were also featured in Interview Magazine and Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat (a friend) were set to put their art on her company's skateboards when they passed away. Ann is always ahead of the trends and knows up and coming neighborhoods, but also knows there are currently great deals to be had in any neighborhood and she doesn't rest until she finds you yours! Selling is her forte as well, because in 10 years every listing she had went to contract within just weeks. Ann has two sons, Nick (21) and Alex (14) and a Shar-Pei named Umi who she spends all her free time with.
