Megha Moza specializes in residential developments in Jersey City, Hoboken, Newark, and surrounding areas. She has achieved record sales for her developers in several buildings, including most recently at the Lofts at Lincoln Park in Newark (90-96 Clinton Avenue, Newark), a 24 unit condo development that was sold successfully within six months of launching. She is currently working with a number of active developers in Newark (535 MLK Blvd., a 33 unit building, and 303 Washington St., 80 units. Both are rental buildings). In addition, she has successfully sold units at the Grand Residences in Hoboken (115 Grand St.). With over 8 years of experience as a listing agent, Megha has accumulated over $150M+ in cumulative sales volume, and has been recognized as a Platinum seller by NJAR® for the last several years. Megha is also licensed in New York, with an extensive database of clients. Megha received her Master’s degree in Finance from the prestigious Cranfield School of Management in London, where she learned to approach the market from various angles.
