Shannon Mora

Shannon Mora is a NYC native and grew up in Washington Heights. She obtained her BA in Environmental Economics from the University of Rhode Island and began her career as a project manager with an international carbon credit brokerage. Drawn by a desire to help others secure their futures, Shannon transitioned to real estate full time and quickly found success, closing 18 residential sale transactions in her first year alone.

Outside of work, she finds joy in abstract pour painting, picnics in the park, and walking her rescued staffy, Kira. At home she also has a california king snake named Prometheus. Don't worry, he doesn't come to appointments with her! 

Her love for nature and art is beautifully reflected in her choice to settle in Hudson Heights, where she purchased her first home and currently resides. Through her personal experience with becoming a homeowner in NYC and going through the co-op application first hand, Shannon brings a higher level of awareness and perspective for the process to her clients.
