Monika has been surrounded by the business her entire life. Her whole family is in real estate, so it comes naturally. A New Yorker through and through, Monika grew up in Queens, currently lives in Brooklyn, went to school in the Bronx and works in Manhattan. The city has always been her playground, and she knows it well. Monika is a dual-career agent, also working in the architectural hardware field for the past 20 years doing sales and consultation as well as production. This has allowed her to develop a wide network and a good understanding of what it takes to create a home, as well as fine-tuned customer service skills and the experience to have a keen read on client’s wishes.
