Tamara Yakubova

A driven and well-rounded New Yorker, Tamara strives to provide her clients with a professional and honest real estate experience. Her combined skills in sales and design as well as her dedication give her an edge when working with properties in NYC. Tamara is a graduate of Barnard College of Columbia University, where she received her BA in Architecture. Upon graduation, she became a real estate salesperson and spent a year working at Brooklyn Group, where she worked exclusively with rentals. There she developed the skills to provide building owners with smooth closings and renters with exceptional customer service. Currently Tamara is a Salesperson at Poljan Properties, a local independent brokerage that offers interior design services to their clients. Tamara uses her design expertise to help her clients achieve the highest sales price for their properties. Her design and architecture background allows her to help buyers achieve their personalized vision when they purchase their dream home or look for an investment! When Tamara is not working, you can find her creating art, exploring various arts institutions in NYC or traveling.
