Nicolas Richards

I am a licensed agent with Daniel Gale Sotheby’s real estate in Brooklyn, NY. I deal in commercial and investment properties with a specialization in hospitality.

My experience as an investor and property owner makes me a great partner for those looking to enter the market or expand their portfolio’s. My 20 years in the hospitality sector in NYC and abroad means I bring a broad depth of personal expertise as well as a network of professionals ready to contribute to the success of any project.

My current focus is to grow my real estate business and develop partnerships for investment. I would like to launch some concepts of my own and continue to develop as a leader in the industry.
