Johny Fernandez

Johny Fernandez never gets tired. As a television correspondent, he relentlessly followed leads, interviewed people on location, and worked hard until the job was done. His experience as a journalist has made him a keen listener and problem solver, and Johny brings this energy to his real estate career.

Johny always strives to be one step ahead to make sure he exceeds clients’ expectations. He earned a BS in Broadcasting from Southeastern University and moved around the country following his career as a TV reporter. He eventually headed back to Manhattan to work as a television correspondent. 

Johny’s television experience plays a key role in how he helps his clients sell, market, and find a home.  He is determined to understand his clients’ needs and create a tailored plan to help clients realize their unique goals.  Johny has been featured on multiple national TV networks including CBS News, ABC News, and Fox News. He can still be seen on TV around different channels in New York City.
